Head of Engineering and software engineer with 8+ years building web products end to end, from database to interface. Most of my work is Ruby on Rails and JavaScript for e-commerce, healthcare, environmental, construction and accounting platforms.
I lead a team of 4 engineers on architecture, processes and mentoring, and still ship code backed by automated tests. Lately I build AI agents for real workflows: agent harnesses, skills, RAG, PDF data extraction and chatbots.
